Dennis walked us through, step by step, setting up a store in Yahoo, adding items, editing items, and set up for online transactions.

The Guldans.com store has relationships with suppliers that allow them to drop ship almost every item offered in the store. Inventory maintained is very little. Much discussion surrounded marketing and costs. A key link that Dennis pointed us to was the Minneapolis Gift Mart. This is a wholesaler’s trade show where attenders must show a current sales tax id in order to be admitted.

General discussion followed. Members talked a bit about any problems they were having and solutions or subcontractors they were seeking.

Bobbi Anderson displayed changes to the website and encouraged members to subscribe to the mailing list.

The meeting ended with members that had time available joining together for lunch in the St. Thomas grill.

Attendees included: Bobbi Anderson, Flo Nelson, Holly Ostertag, Justin Lee, Jim Nachtman, Craig Arko, Daryl Coulthart, Syble Thon, Pamela Grover, Kay Schwarzrock, Gloria Habeck, Dennis Guldan, Aldis Svalba, Maryann King, Lindagail Roy, Chuck Tate, Cynthia Chavan, Michelle Adams
